The design of this house, built with wood and straw insulation, follows a simple, eco-friendly approach. Positioned parallel to the gentle slope of the land, the house rests on wooden stilts, minimizing its impact on the natural landscape. The terrain is slightly reshaped to allow access to the house at ground level, while the rest of the site retains its natural incline. The double-pitched roof, with generous overhangs, provides optimal protection against summer sunlight and shields the wooden facade from the elements. Inside, a large double-height volume in the living room takes advantage of the full height of the house and the roof's shape, while the bedrooms and technical rooms are designed with a single height, ensuring smooth circulation and a bright, open atmosphere.

Le projet de cette maison en bois et isolation paille repose sur une architecture simple et respectueuse de l'environnement. Implantée parallèlement à la pente douce du terrain, la maison est posée sur des pilotis en bois, minimisant ainsi l'impact sur le site naturel. Le terrain est légèrement remodelé pour permettre l'accès à la maison à niveau, tout en conservant sa pente naturelle ailleurs. La toiture à double pan, aux débordements généreux, assure une protection optimale contre l'ensoleillement estival et préserve la façade en bois des intempéries. À l'intérieur, un grand volume en double hauteur dans le salon exploite la hauteur totale de la maison et la forme du toit, tandis que les chambres et pièces techniques sont organisées en simple hauteur, garantissant une circulation fluide et une atmosphère lumineuse.
