Appartement ONO
Located on the 6th floor under the eaves of a faubourg building on Rue René Boulanger in Paris, this apartment renovation project fully embraces the existing volumes, highlighting the elongated geometry of the space. The sequence of windows overlooking the courtyard enhances this dynamic, flooding the interior with abundant natural light.
To maximize this brightness, the existing floors, complemented by renovations or replacements, were leveled and finished with a satin white paint. The entire apartment was acoustically insulated with recycled cotton wool. For thermal insulation, the plastered façade was meticulously removed from the interior and replaced with flexible wood fiber insulation.

Situé au 6ᵉ étage sous les combles d’un immeuble de faubourg Rue René Boulanger à Paris, ce projet de rénovation d’appartement exploite pleinement les volumes existants, valorisant la géométrie allongée de l’espace. L’enfilade de fenêtres sur cour accentue cette dynamique, baignant l’intérieur d’une abondante lumière naturelle.
Pour maximiser cette clarté, les sols existants complétés par des rénovations ou remplacements, ont été égalisé d’une peinture blanche satinée. L’ensemble de l’appartement a été isolé acoustiquement avec de la laine de coton recyclé. Pour l’isolation thermique, l’ensemble de la façade en platrat a été déposé méticuleusement par l’intérieur et remplacé avec de la laine de bois.
